Recently, the preliminary design of G1111 Hegang-Harbin National Expressway Hegang-Taiqing section and Mosqing-Yichun section has been approved by the Ministry of Transport, which means that the project has made phased progress and officially entered the construction and implementation stage.
According to reports, the Hegang-Yichun section of the G1111 Hegang-Harbin National Expressway is one of the key highway projects in the 14th Five-Year Plan of Heilongjiang Province. Natural diseases such as permafrost, salivary ice and wind blowing snow, the route crossed the Chabaqi River, Tangwang River and other rivers for many times, went around many scenic spots, water sources and natural ecological reserves, and involved crossing with many railways and Go around Yichun Lindu Airport. The project has a total of 11,446m/5 extra-large bridges, 12,776m/40 bridges, and 9,211m/5 tunnels. The main line bridge-tunnel ratio is 22%, which is currently the project with the highest proportion of highway bridges and tunnels in Heilongjiang Province; The single-hole length of Fengyanshan Tunnel is 4,381 meters. It is an extra-long tunnel and is the longest tunnel in the history of highway construction in Heilongjiang Province.
According to the preliminary design approval of the Ministry of Transport, the G1111 Hegang-Taiqing section of the Heha Expressway project adopts the government charging (debt repayment) model, with a construction mileage of 99.281 kilometers and an estimated total investment of 8.964 billion yuan; the Taiqing-Yichun section project adopts PPP Construction mode, the construction mileage is 63.33 kilometers, and the estimated total investment is 6.364 billion yuan.
In the future, with the implementation and construction of this project, the history of no expressway between the last two prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province will be ended, and the regional business environment of Hegang and Yichun will be further improved. Editor/He Yuting
