At that time, the temperature plummeted to minus 30°C, the visibility of the site space was less than 10 meters, the snow on the road did not reach the knees, and the violent snowstorm blocked the only road from the construction site to the outside world. In the face of desperation, Wu Ronggen kept his head clear, reported the operation of the unit to his superiors in a timely manner, quickly activated the emergency plan, and actively contacted all parties for rescue. After 14 hours of hard work, Wu Ronggen and his partners resolutely opened a snowy road and escaped a life-and-death disaster.
