On March 30, 2022, Xi'an Public Resource Trading Center released the pre-qualification announcement for the general contracting (EPC) of Xi'an Chuanzhang Community Phase II and Phase III and Guanlan Commercial Complex Project. Group Co., Ltd., with a total project investment of 4.458 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The project site is located in Chonghuang Street, Gaoling District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, with Jinghui 13th Road in the east, Weiyang 3rd Road in the north, Baoji Steel Pipe Factory in the west, and Jingwang Village in the south. The project is the construction of resettlement buildings and commercial complexes, with a total construction area of 603,387 square meters. Among them, the total construction area of the resettlement building is 478,387 square meters (293,987 square meters above ground and 184,400 square meters underground). It is planned to build residential buildings, commercial facilities, underground garages, community comprehensive service buildings and community elderly care buildings. Reconstruction and expansion, community gates and domestic waste collection station, etc. The commercial complex has a total construction area of 125,000 square meters (80,000 square meters above ground and 45,000 square meters underground), and plans to build hotels, offices, and businesses.
