Among them, Hefei participated in 90 second batch of concentrated projects in the province, with a total investment of 74.1 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 20.5 billion yuan. According to reports, among the 90 projects Hefei participated in this time, 58 were manufacturing projects, accounting for 64%, with a total investment of 57.8 billion yuan, accounting for nearly 80%, and an average investment of 7.15 million yuan per mu. Representative projects include iFLYTEK Artificial Intelligence R&D and Production Base, with a total investment of 10 billion yuan; China National Building Materials High-end Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, with a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan; Uxin used car remanufacturing plant, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan; Anhui Guofeng electronic grade polyimide film material, with a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan.

iFLYTEK Artificial Intelligence R&D and Production Base Project: Located in Hefei High-tech Zone. The base is planned to cover an area of 876 mu, and will build the iFLYTEK headquarters, manufacturing plant, national open platform for artificial intelligence, state key laboratory of cognitive intelligence and national engineering laboratory, etc. In the future, it can accommodate about 15,000 talents in the artificial intelligence industry. It has become an artificial intelligence industry demonstration area integrating core technology research, industrial coordinated development, and ecological enterprise aggregation. The project land has been delisted, and the first development area has started on April 1 this year. It is planned to complete the capping of the main structure of some R&D buildings before the end of the year, and it is expected to be completed before the end of 2024.

China National Building Materials High-end Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park: Located in Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park, Feidong County, the project covers an area of 1,050 mu. After completion, a number of leading building materials and equipment enterprises will be introduced. 4000 sets of building materials and equipment, etc. The project started in April and is scheduled to be completed on December 31, 2023. At present, the temporary electricity and water supply on site have been connected.

Uxin used car remanufacturing factory: It has started construction in the industrial community of Wushan Town, Changfeng County, and will build a passenger car remanufacturing factory for fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles. After reaching production, it can achieve an annual output of 100,000 remanufactured vehicles. . The first phase is planned to cap part of the main structure before the end of the year, and is expected to be completed by the end of December 2023.

Electronic grade polyimide film material project: Located in Xinzhan High-tech Zone, Hefei City, the first area has started construction on April 1, and is expected to be completed in March 2023. After reaching production, it can achieve an annual output of polyimide film for flexible display 20 million square meters, etc. The smooth implementation of this project will fill the industry gap of domestic electronic-grade polyimide film materials, provide localized support for BOE and Visionox, and ensure the strategic safety of key materials in Hefei's "core screen" industry.
