Recently, with the completion of the pouring of the last pile foundation, the construction of the 40 pile foundations of the main bridge of the Tuojiang Super Bridge in the second phase of Jinjianren Expressway Project officially ended, and the bridge was transferred to the construction stage of piers and caps.

The Tuojiang Bridge has a total length of 963 meters, the main bridge is 513 meters, and the widest point is 86.7 meters. The main bridge adopts the structure of a single-pylon double-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge with a total height of about 173 meters and a semi-closed steel box girder structure. When completed, it will be the widest bridge in the world, large enough to accommodate a standard football field.

At the same time, this super building with an investment of 10 billion will also set a world record for the world's tallest inclined bridge tower, the largest span asymmetric curved single-pylon torsion cable-stayed bridge and the world record for the largest amount of steel per linear meter.

The installation of steel structure is known as the most difficult "hard bone" in the whole line. The amount of steel used for the main body of the bridge is 44,000 tons, and the steel used for the largest part is 78.45 tons for the average length of 1 meter, which is equivalent to the weight of 2.6 subway cars. SCC600A-1 operator Mr. Wang introduced: "The Tuojiang River has not yet reached the conditions for navigation, and the crane needs to cooperate with the rotary excavation construction on the floating box or the temporarily erected piling platform, although there are deep piles, anchor chains and cables around to assist in positioning and Fixed, but the impact of wind and waves on this floating construction platform is still huge. A little carelessness is prone to tilt and deviation, which puts forward very high requirements on lifting equipment.”

"In addition, the hoisting operation also faces four major and difficult problems during the construction process: heavy steel structure, long working distance, complex structure and limited construction conditions. In such a special construction environment, lifting equipment is very important to the project. The success or failure of the machine is very obvious. A reliable 'partner' can make the project more effective with half the effort. The SCC600A-1 I drove has been working continuously for a long time, and it has basically never fallen off the chain."

The Tuojiang Super Bridge is expected to complete the construction of the main pier cap at the end of April, and the main bridge tower column to emerge from the water at the end of May.
