On April 21, 2022, the Qingdao Municipal Government Information Office held a press conference to interpret the "Three-Year Action Plan for Qingdao's Transportation Infrastructure Construction (2022-2024)". According to the "Plan", from 2022 to 2024, Qingdao will focus on 21 major transportation construction projects, including 9 highway projects, 4 railway projects, 5 port projects, 2 hub projects, and 1 pipeline project. 94521" works.

Among them, the fast lane project from Blue Valley to Jiaodong International Airport has attracted much attention. The Blue Valley to Jiaodong International Airport Express Track project starts from Binhai Highway in the east, passes through three districts and cities of Jimo, Chengyang and Jiaozhou, and reaches Jiaodong International Airport South Interchange in the west, with a total length of 48.48 kilometers. It takes into account the city according to the standard of two-way six-lane first-class highway. The expressway function construction, with a total investment of 22.8 billion yuan, is the largest highway project ever invested and constructed in Qingdao.

It is understood that the National Highway 204 Dagu River Extra Large Bridge Project, which was launched in the early stage of the project, is currently under construction. At present, this project has been included in the key projects of Shandong Province's 14th Five-Year Comprehensive Transportation Plan, and it is also a highway project with the largest construction investment in Qingdao's history.

The "94521" project is the general plan for the three-year attack on Qingdao's transportation infrastructure construction.

9 road projects

Jinan-Qingdao Expressway Middle Line Project (Weifang-Qingdao Section);

Mingcun to Dongjiakou Expressway Project;

Reconstruction and expansion project of Qinglan Expressway (Shuangbu to Hetao Section);

Blue Valley to Jiaodong International Airport Fast Track Project;

National Road 204 Dagu River Bridge Project;

Shenhai Expressway (Nancun to Qingri boundary section) reconstruction and expansion project;

Qinglan Expressway (Hetao to Huangdao Section) Reconstruction and Expansion Project;

According to the plan, by the end of 2024, the mileage of expressways in Qingdao will reach 910 kilometers, and the mileage of expressways with six lanes and above will account for 29%.

4 railway projects

Weifang to Yantai railway project;

Laixi to Rongcheng railway project;

Qingdao-Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway auxiliary channel railway project;

Dongjiakou to Yishui Railway Project.

The planning of the railway project mainly has three levels of consideration, to make up for the shortcomings of the southbound high-speed railway channel, to improve the railway network of the Jiaodong economic circle, to further improve the port collection and distribution system, and to build a port-dredging railway.

After three years of hard work, the railway operating mileage in Qingdao has reached 687 kilometers, and it has achieved direct access to major cities in the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Jiaodong economic circles in 4 hours, 3 hours and 1 hour respectively, accelerating the construction of an important national coastal railway hub. Qingdao is born from the sea and thrives on the port. The port is an important engine for Qingdao's economic and social development.

5 port projects

Shandong LNG Phase III Project Wharf Project;

The first phase project of Luhaifeng Wharf in Dongjiakou Port Area of Qingdao Port;

Zhenhua Crude Oil Depot Project in Dongjiakou Port Area;

The third phase of the grain silo and its supporting process project in the North Third Jetty of Dongjiakou Port Area;

The breakwater project in the Hujiashan operation area of the Dongjiakou port area of Qingdao Port.

According to the plan, by the end of 2024, the port will have 125 production berths, with an annual cargo throughput of 660 million tons and a container throughput of 25 million TEUs. It will become an important fulcrum for Qingdao to serve the Belt and Road Initiative and domestic and international circulation, and basically build a world-class marine port. .

In recent years, Qingdao has successively built a number of road-rail integrated hubs such as North Railway Station, Qingdao West Station, Hongdao Station, and Jimo North Station. In the next three years, Qingdao will focus on planning and constructing two hub projects: the integrated passenger transport hub project in the international cruise home port area and the Tangshan Road bus interchange hub project.

After the completion of the two hub projects, by the end of 2024, the integrated comprehensive passenger transport hub with effective connection of various modes of transportation will be more perfect, the construction of urban bus interchange hubs will be accelerated, and the travel of the masses will be more comfortable and convenient.

Also, there is 1 pipeline project. By the end of 2024, the main line of Qingdao's energy gas transmission pipeline will be ventilated to meet the natural gas demand for natural gas in key urban areas and urban "coal-free" transformation, and build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system.
