RDC wins $2.2 billion municipal project on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi

Q Properties has appointed Royal Development Company (RDC) to manage the development of its $2.2 billion luxury residential project, Reem Hills, on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

RDC is owned by Emirates Stallions Group and notes that the first phase of the residential project is scheduled for completion in December 2024. It will manage the entire project, leading the overall planning to implementation process, including design management and overseeing all contractors.

Reem Hills includes private beaches, man-made hills, islands, canals, retail and community facilities; including but not limited to parks and open spaces, schools, mosques, community centres, clubhouses, cafes and restaurants, recreational walking, exercise and cycling districts and transportation options.
