The Chongqing Yangtze River Tunnel Project is located in Yuzhong District and Nan'an District of Chongqing City, with a total length of 11.9 kilometers, a maximum buried depth of 330 meters, and a single-hole double-track tunnel with a speed of 120 kilometers per hour. The tunnel starts from Chongqing Caiyuanba Railway Station and ends near Huatianzui Village, Chayuan New District. The tunnel as a whole highlights the complex characteristics of crossing the city, crossing the river and crossing the mountain.
