On April 22, 2022, the foundation stone laying ceremony of the FTB Building of the Cambodia Foreign Trade Bank Headquarters Project undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau was held in Phnom Penh. Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land, Resources, Urban Planning and Construction Shea Sopala attended the ceremony. The project is located on Russian Avenue in Phnom Penh, adjacent to the Prime Minister's Office, in the downtown area, with a total building height of 157 meters and a total construction area of 78,000 square meters. This is a new landmark project in the Cambodian capital. The project is a modern office building that combines Cambodian culture and contemporary architecture.
