Inner Mongolia Zhongjing High-performance Carbon Fiber and Hydrogen Energy Cylinder Industrialization Project is an overall plan for supporting the monocrystalline silicon manufacturing industrial base for solar energy in the Central Industrial City, helping the integration of photovoltaic and upstream and downstream industrial chains, and ensuring a stable supply of raw materials for the carbon and carbon thermal field of monocrystalline furnaces engineering. The project is located in the center of the Central Industrial City, with a planned total investment of 3 billion yuan, of which the first-phase project has an investment of 300 million yuan and covers an area of 88 acres. The project newly builds a carbon fiber carbonization production line, a raw silk warehouse, a finished product warehouse and related supporting facilities. After completion, it can achieve 12K, T700 grade polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber production capacity of 2,500 tons per year, and an annual output value of 400 million yuan. At that time, Zhongjing Research Institute It will become the first enterprise with high-performance carbon fiber production capacity in Hohhot. The overall project is expected to take one and a half years to complete and put into production.

It is understood that at present, according to the needs of enterprise project construction, Saihan District has set up a special class to promote the land formalities. Among them, the industrialization of high-performance carbon fiber and hydrogen energy cylinders, and the land use procedures for the 10GW photovoltaic shingled module project have all been completed. In addition, Saihan District has planned the project land reserve work in advance, and has selected 1,200 mu of land to leave enough development space for the construction and development of the Central Industrial City within the year.
