According to reports, the New Hope Central China regional headquarters project is divided into P12-1 plots and P1P3 plots, with a total investment of 11.6 billion yuan. Among them, the P12-1 plot is located in the fifth phase of Hankou Binjiang International Business District, Jiang'an District, with a total investment of 6.4 billion yuan and a total construction area of 330,000 square meters. The project plans to build super A-grade office buildings, five-star hotels, service-oriented commercial complexes, high-end apartments and high-end residences.

According to the relevant person in charge of the major project promotion service center of Xincun Street, New Hope Central China regional headquarters will be located in Hankou Binjiang International Business District, and will introduce its agricultural food, ecological environmental protection, digital technology, medical health, real estate, cultural tourism and other industrial regional platforms to settle in Jiang'an District. The P1P3 plot project, which is about 300 meters away from the P12-1 plot, will also build residential, kindergarten and commercial properties, with a total investment of 5.2 billion yuan.
