On April 29, 2022, in Ordos Zero-Carbon Industrial Park, Inner Mongolia, Huajing New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 300,000-ton lithium iron phosphate cathode material project officially started construction.
The project has a total investment of about 13.5 billion yuan and a total land area of 635 mu. It mainly builds a 300,000-ton/year cathode material lithium iron phosphate production line, auxiliary facilities and related buildings and facilities. In the future, after the project is completed, the company can achieve an annual output of 300,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode material, which will be widely used in new energy vehicle power batteries, large energy storage batteries and other fields. According to the current market price and technical conditions, the project can achieve an average annual output value of about 30 billion yuan, pay taxes of about 960 million yuan, profits and taxes of about 3.6 billion yuan, and employ about 1,800 people.
