Promote the green development of the transportation industry

The "Planning" proposes that Beijing will reduce carbon emissions from transportation, formulate and implement the regulation policy of "limiting oil and pushing electricity", and promote the "oil-for-electricity" of vehicles in the transportation industry. In accordance with the concept of shared charging facilities, coordinate the layout and construction of charging and swapping infrastructure and hydrogen refueling stations.
