Project Overview

The construction site of this project is located in the Songming-Airport Area of Central Yunnan New Area, about 30 kilometers away from the city center of Kunming, about 5 kilometers away from Kunming Changshui International Airport, and about 35 kilometers away from Kunming Railway Station. Responsible for the development and construction of the second, third and fourth phases of the comprehensive development project of the ASEAN Industrial Park in Yunnan. The comprehensive development project of Yunnan ASEAN Industrial Park has a delimited area of about 2,852.24 hectares and will be constructed in four phases; the first phase is located in the southwest of the entire area, with a demarcated area of about 328.31 hectares, and is currently being organized and implemented by the Airport Investment Group. The scope of implementation of this tender is the second, third and fourth phases of the comprehensive development project of Yunnan ASEAN Industrial Park, with a delineated area of about 2,523.93 hectares.
