The total investment is 16.6 billion yuan, and it is planned to complete an investment of 2 billion yuan in 2022. The completion of the project will effectively drive Lijiang to build an important node of the Great Western Yunnan Tourism Circle, an important gateway to the integration of Western Yunnan and an important hub of the Yunnan-Sichuan-Tibet Greater Shangri-La.

Lijiang Lashi Hainong Tourism Industry Integration Demonstration Zone Construction Project: The construction project of Lijiang Lashi Hainong Tourism Industry Integration Demonstration Zone is located in Lashi Town and Tai'an Township of Yulong Naxi Autonomous County. The project includes two parts: the core area and the radiation area. The area is 9.88 square kilometers, and the radiation driven area is 69.86 square kilometers. The project revolves around five major sections of plateau-characterized modern agriculture based on fruits, medicinal materials and seed potatoes, the water source and back garden in the main urban area of Lijiang, plateau lakes and plateau wetland landscapes, 5A-level eco-tourism scenic spots, and a high-end pension, health, leisure and vacation base.
