On May 10, 2022, the Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission announced the provincial key construction and pre-arranged project plan in 2022. The provincial key construction project schedule in 2022 includes 9 wind power projects, including 7 offshore wind power projects with a total of 2.254GW, China Haizhuang Xiangshan Large Offshore Wind Power Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park Project and the manufacturing project of wind power core components.

Among them, Guodian Xiangshan No. 1 Offshore Wind Farm (Phase I) project, Cangnan No. 4 Offshore Wind Power Project, the planned construction period is 2020-2022. The remaining seven projects have already started construction and are scheduled to be completed by 2023-2030.

Note: The capacity of Taizhou No. 1 Offshore Wind Farm Project of Zheneng Linhai Wind-Solar-Storage Integration Project is 300MW.

According to the "14th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development in Zhejiang Province" previously issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Zhejiang Province and the Energy Bureau of Zhejiang Province, by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, Zhejiang will strive to achieve a wind power installed capacity of more than 6.4 million kilowatts and a new installed capacity of more than 4.5 million kilowatts. Mainly offshore wind power. The installed photovoltaic capacity has reached more than 27.5 million kilowatts, and the newly installed capacity is more than 12 million kilowatts; of which the newly installed photovoltaic capacity of distributed photovoltaics exceeds 5 million kilowatts, and the newly installed capacity of centralized photovoltaics exceeds 7 million kilowatts.
