The "Notice" clarifies that the key projects of Shandong's oil and gas infrastructure in 2022 mainly include 2 categories and 33 oil and gas pipeline networks and gas storage facilities, with a total investment of up to 103.19 billion yuan. Among them, there are 18 key engineering projects of the oil and gas pipeline network, including 7 completed projects including the Anping-Taian section of the Sino-Russian east line and the south trunk line of the Shandong pipeline network, and 10 start-up projects including the east trunk line of the Shandong pipeline network and the north trunk line of the Shandong pipeline network. One continuation project of the west main line of the pipeline network, with a total of 5,435 kilometers of new pipelines and 382 kilometers of re-routed pipelines, with a total investment of 64.81 billion yuan; 15 key projects of gas storage facilities, including Jinan Nancaofan Phase II and Linyi LNG Peak Shaving Reserve Center 2 projects have been put into operation, 6 projects including the Longkou Nanshan LNG Receiving Station Gas Storage Project, Baimiao Shallow Gas Storage, Heze Salt Cave Gas Storage, 7 Shandong LNG Receiving Station Phase III, Yantai West Port Area LNG Receiving Station, etc. Continued construction of the project with a total designed gas storage capacity of 3.39 billion cubic meters and a total investment of 38.38 billion yuan.
