Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Israel 30 years ago, the cooperation between the two countries in various fields has yielded fruitful results, and innovative cooperation has become the highlight and booster of China-Israel relations. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Israel in 1992, political mutual trust has been continuously enhanced. The leaders of the two sides have maintained close interaction, and friendly exchanges at all levels have become increasingly frequent. In recent years, China and Israel have established an inter-governmental economic and technological cooperation mechanism and a joint committee mechanism for innovation cooperation, which has built an important institutional platform for bilateral cooperation in related fields. In 2017, the two countries announced the establishment of an innovative comprehensive partnership, and bilateral relations stand at a new historical starting point.

Ambassador Cai Run went to the Knesset to meet with Speaker Levy

On May 12, 2022, Ambassador Cai Run met with Israel's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Sa'a. The two sides exchanged views on China-Israel relations and judicial cooperation between the two countries. Counselors Zhu Dezhong and Zhou Ziyang of our embassy, as well as Vice Premier and Foreign Affairs Advisor to the Minister of Justice, Bass, were present at the meeting.

The cooperation between China and Israel has huge potential and broad prospects.
