On May 19, 2022, I learned from Zhejiang Traffic Network that the second bidding for the project investors of the Jinhua urban section of the Yongjinqushang Expressway has begun. The investment is 12.87 billion yuan.

 Project Overview

The starting point of the Jinhua urban section of the Yongjinqushang Expressway is located on the north side of Lingxia Town, Jindong District. The Lingxia hub is set up to connect to the Jinliwen Expressway. The starting point of the route is K0+000. The route avoids Rihui Road Village and turns to the southwest. The wiring, in turn, crosses the current Jinwen freight line railway, 330 national highway, passes the Jinwen railway, and then crosses the proposed Jinwen connection line. After that, the route will be laid close to the Shanghai-Kunming Railway's relocated line. After crossing the Wuyi River, it will enter Wucheng District. The route will continue to follow the Shanghai-Kunming Railway's relocated line. The Yafan Interconnection will be set up at K6+820 on the northwest side of Jiaquantang Village. The planned Fuxing Street is connected to the south. This project crosses Jinwu Expressway and then sets up Jinhua South Interchange and Jinwu Expressway at K11+495 on the north side of Xinfan Village. The route continues westward and crosses the Meixi and Jinan Highways. The Su-Menglian Interconnection is set up at K17+163 on the northeast side of the Matanglong Reservoir to connect with the planned Jinxing Street. After the route passes through the south side of Shimen Town, it gradually separates from the outer winding of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway. The outer winding of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway advances to the northwest, and the project is wired to the west at high speed. After passing through Changshan Township, Changshan Interconnection will be set up at K23+185, and through the planned extension of Bada Road, it will transfer traffic to nearby towns and towns such as Jinhua City, Changshan Township, and Langya Town. The route will set up the Langya hub at K26+155 in the open area on the east side of Baishaxi, and transfer traffic to the Wucheng section of the Jiande-Wuyi Expressway. The main line of the Langya hub will be incorporated into the Yongjinqushang Expressway. Langya hub ramp and related costs for the enclosure area: Jian’an fee B.E ramp is included in Yongjinqushang Expressway, C.D ramp is included in Jianwu Expressway; relocation costs are shared according to the ratio of Yongjinqushang Expressway 5: Jianwu Expressway 5. After the route crosses Baishaxi in the west, Jiangtang Interchange is set up at K29+939 to connect with Shanghua-Langya Highway. The route continues westward through Tangxi Training Field and Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Section, and finally reaches Tangxi Town. On the south side of Shangxu Village, Jiufeng Mountain Interconnection is set up to connect with the planned Lanxi-Suichang Highway. The design end point of this project is K38+300. The two-way six-lane expressway construction standard is adopted, the design speed is 120km/h, and the roadbed width is 34.5m.

The estimated cost of the preliminary design for the Jinhua urban section of the Yongjinqushang Expressway is 12.87 billion yuan, the static investment is 12.31 billion yuan, and the construction and installation cost is 6.3 billion yuan.
