Project Overview

The project is located in Hengyang City and Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. The route starts from the major city hub where the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway and the Cha-Changzhou Expressway intersect. Yizhang, ends at the border of Hunan and Guangdong provinces in Xiaotang Village, Yizhang County, and connects to the Guangdong section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, with a total length of about 144.2 kilometers. In situ reconstruction and expansion of 11 interchanges in Leiyang, Fair, Martin, Yongxing, Wulipai, Chenzhou North, Chenzhou, Shuilong, Liangtian, Yizhang North, Yizhang, etc., and 1 new interchange in Leiyang South Interchange. In addition, the construction of the Martin-Tian Interconnection Line is about 5.7 kilometers. The estimated total investment of the project is 21.332 billion yuan, of which the static total investment is 20.2 billion yuan.

The expansion project of the Leiyang-Yizhang section of the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in Hunan Province has been approved for construction by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the investor has been identified. The project owner is the social capital party that won the bid for the project, and the construction fund comes from the project capital of 4.266 billion RMB 2.09 billion, accounting for 20% of the total investment, of which, 2.09 billion yuan was applied for the special construction fund for vehicle purchase tax and transportation from the Ministry of Transport as the government's capital investment, accounting for 49% of the project capital; the social capital side contributed 2.176 billion yuan with its own funds Yuan, accounting for 51% of the project capital.
