Recently, Huaxi Energy Industry Co., Ltd. and Laos Pengsadong Electric Power Co., Ltd. signed an offshore supply contract for the Laos Pannan clean energy project and an onshore service contract for the Laos Pannan clean energy project. The total contract value is 409.2 million US dollars, equivalent to about RMB. 2.758 billion yuan. It is reported that the Laos Pannan 660MW clean energy project signed by the two parties is invested and developed by Laos Pengsha Company, and Huaxi Energy is responsible for the design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning of the project.

The project is located in Huang Province, Laos, with an installed capacity of 660 MW. It is planned to be completed in 45 months, and the annual electricity consumption will reach 3861GWh after completion. Through nearly two years of hard work and nearly a hundred technical and business exchanges, the two sides have achieved hard-won cooperation results. This is another major cooperation between Huaxi Energy and Lao Pengsha Company, and it is also an important measure to implement the national dual-carbon strategy and the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle construction strategy.
