On May 27, 2022, the Henan Provincial Public Resource Trading Center issued a tender announcement for the survey and design of the Henan section of the Nanyang-Xinyang-Hefei high-speed railway. The bidder is Henan High-speed Railway Co., Ltd. . The preliminary work of the Henan section of the Nanxinhe high-speed railway has been officially launched. The project has been incorporated into the national "14th Five-Year Plan" railway development plan as a research and construction project, and is expected to officially start construction before the end of next year.

Project Overview

The Henan section of the newly built Nanyang-Xinyang-Hefei high-speed railway passes through Nanyang, Zhumadian and Xinyang in Henan Province. The main line of the project has a total length of about 366.5km, Nanyang is about 99.4km, Zhumadian is about 28.6km, Xinyang is about 238.5km, and there are connecting lines and hub projects. The design speed of the main line is 350 km per hour.

Tender division

This tender is divided into 3 bids, bids number: NXHKS-1 bid, NXHKS-2 bid, NXHKS-3 bid.

For the NXHKS-1 bid, the bidding content is to build the Henan section of the high-speed railway from Nanyang to Hefei via Xinyang. Pre-feasibility study, preliminary test, feasibility study, and precise network survey, including CPⅠ and CPⅡ network construction, survey and disclosure and other related work and special requirements.

For the NXHKS-2 bid, the bidding content is west of Xixian County in Xinyang City. The length of the main line is about 131.3km, and the survey and design of all the works in front of the station, the four power stations behind the station, the station building and related projects.
