Among them, according to the source of funds, there are 62 government investment projects with a total investment of 16.74 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 2.4 billion yuan; 47 social investment projects with a total investment of 84.51 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 17.98 billion yuan.

There are a total of 18 projects in Longhua District, with a total investment of 23.93 billion yuan, and the total investment amount is the largest in this concentrated start-up project. Among them, the Mindray Medical Device Benchmarking Manufacturing Base project covers an area of 128,000 square meters and has a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan. The main construction content is a medical device, in vitro diagnostic reagent manufacturing base and supporting facilities. Other key projects include the Yingtai Industrial Center Urban Renewal Unit Planning School Project, with a total investment of 430 million yuan; Longhua Zhangkengjing affordable housing project, with a total investment of 2.48 billion yuan.

A total of 20 projects have been started in Nanshan District, the largest number, with a total investment of 12.7 billion yuan. Among them, the total investment of the Shekou Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Medical Center project is 1.24 billion yuan. The main construction contents include rehabilitation medical rooms, convalescent nursing rooms, etc. It will be built into an innovative comprehensive medical and nursing flagship integrating medical, rehabilitation and nursing in China. The Ping An Credit Card Building project is located in the Guiwan area of Qianhai, with a total investment of 5.11 billion yuan. It is committed to building the global headquarters building of Ping An Credit Card Center. After completion, it will become a gathering place for financial institutions in Shenzhen and Hong Kong and a platform for financial innovation in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

According to the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, three new project launch activities have been held in 2022. According to the requirements for a batch of mature projects and a batch of projects to be started, a total of 554 new projects have been launched, with a total investment of 499.16 billion yuan and a planned investment of 97.8 billion yuan in 2022.
