The cooperation plan proposes that by 2025, a new land-sea channel for efficient, convenient, open, smooth, safe, stable and competitive trade logistics, industrial cooperation and scientific and cultural exchanges between western China and ASEAN will be basically established, and a new mechanism for transnational and cross-regional cooperation will be initially formed. ; In 2025, the total trade volume of Chinese provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) along the new land-sea corridor with ASEAN is expected to reach 180 billion US dollars, the railway-sea combined transport container volume of the channel will reach 500,000 TEUs, and the cross-border railway trains will reach 2,000, basically achieving up and down.
