On June 9, 2022, the Department of Transportation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region released the announcement of the successful bidders for the design and construction of the Baise-Napo-Pingmeng Highway Napo to Pingmeng Port section. The project was undertaken by Guangxi Road Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Guangxi Jiaotong Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Traffic Design Group Co., Ltd. jointly won the bid, with an estimated investment of about 8.414 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The main line of Baise-Napo-Pingmeng Highway from Napo to Pingmeng Port: It starts near Xialaotun, Chengxiang Town, Napo County. Town, Lily Township, Pingmeng Town, and finally near Mengda Village, Pingmeng Town, with a total length of 51.296km.

technical standard

The project adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, the design speed is 100km/h, and the roadbed width is 26m. Set up 15620m/42 bridges (including 1939m/1 extra-large bridge, 13311.5m/36 bridges, and 369.5m/5 medium bridges), 9229.5m/5 tunnels (including 4785m/1 extra-long tunnel and 3179.5m long tunnel /2, middle tunnel 1265m/2), 3 interchanges, 2 separate interchanges, 86 culverts, 14 passages, 1 Pingmeng service area, 1 management sub-center, 1 tunnel management station , 1 maintenance work area (co-located with the management sub-center and tunnel management station), 2 interchange ramp toll stations, and 1 main line toll station.

Main line connecting line: The total length of the route is 0.805km, and the second-class highway standard is adopted. The design speed is 60km/h and the width of the roadbed is 17.5m. Set up 42m/1 middle bridge, 4 culverts, 1 channel, and 1 plane intersection.

Delong connecting line: the total length of the route is 0.335km, and it adopts the second-class highway standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 10m. Set up 1 culvert and 1 plane intersection.

Lily connecting line: The total length of the route is 0.626km. It adopts the second-class highway standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the roadbed width is 10m. Set up 127m/1 bridge, 1 culvert, and 1 plane intersection.

The project design and construction general contracting plan period is 36 months, 1080 calendar days, of which the construction drawing design period is 6 months, 180 calendar days, and the calculation starts from the time specified in the work start notice issued by the contractor or supervisor duration.

Bidding Information
