Basic Requirements for Investors

Investment entities may declare individually or in the form of a consortium, and the consortium member enterprises shall not exceed two. The investment entity can participate in the competition allocation by the first-level company of the group company or the only subsidiary under it, and the declaration in the name of the subsidiary must obtain the sole written authorization of the group company. The total assets of the investor shall be RMB 10 billion and above; if the declaration is made in the form of a consortium, the total assets of each member of the consortium shall be RMB 10 billion and above.
