Recently, King Kong Glass announced that the company held the 18th meeting of the seventh board of directors on June 16, 2022, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Proposal of Newly Established Holding Subsidiaries to Invest in Major Projects". Extending the upstream and downstream industry chain, expanding high-efficiency heterojunction photovoltaic projects, and expanding production to seek profit growth points, it is now decided to invest in the construction of 4.8GW high-efficiency heterojunction cells with the company's proposed new holding subsidiary Gansu Jingangyide Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. as the main body. The follow-up research and development, commissioning and production bases of the project are all located in Jiuquan, Gansu. The company's preliminary estimate of the total investment is about 4.2 billion yuan. The project is a 4.8GW high-efficiency heterojunction solar cell and module project.
