On June 18, 2022, the main tower of the Chongqing Luhai International Center project, the tallest building in Chongqing, undertaken by the third company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, was officially capped.

The total building height of Luhai International Center is 458 meters and the total building volume exceeds 500,000 square meters. It consists of two towers and a commercial podium. It is the tallest building under construction in Chongqing. The Luhai International Center project is also a super-large complex, integrating offices, shopping malls, hotels and sightseeing, including 230,000 square meters of super-grade A office buildings, 100,000 square meters of themed shopping centers and City Sky Hotel.
