On June 18, 2022, the People's Government of Daofu County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, together with Huaneng Sichuan Energy Development Co., Ltd., Three Gorges Group Sichuan Energy Investment Co., Ltd., and China Resources Power Sichuan Company held a 1.5 million kilowatt "1+" event in Daofu County. The signing ceremony of the "N" photovoltaic project signifies that Daofu County has taken a substantial and critical step in building a "10 million kilowatt-level clean energy base".

It is understood that the "1+N" photovoltaic project in Daofu County is located in Seka Township, Longdeng Township and Muru Township in Daofu County. The planned total static investment is 7.5 billion yuan, and the planned total installed capacity is 1.5 million kilowatts, including the Yariyi photovoltaic field. Three photovoltaic projects, including the Yari No. 2 photovoltaic field and the Gonglu photovoltaic site, were constructed by Huaneng Sichuan Energy Development Co., Ltd., Three Gorges Group Sichuan Energy Investment Co., Ltd., and China Resources Power Sichuan Company.

At the signing ceremony, Lin Dongsheng, Secretary of Daofu County Party Committee, expressed his thanks and congratulations to the three enterprises for successfully signing the contract. He said that after the completion of the "1+N" project, it is expected to generate more than 2.4 billion kWh of electricity annually and increase local tax revenue by more than 500 million yuan, which will greatly stimulate the county's economic growth, enhance the county's comprehensive strength, and drive the extension of "clean energy +". Daofu County signed a contract with China Resources Power Sichuan Company

On the same day, Daofu County also successfully signed a joint construction project of Tongcun Road from Yamazi Village, Yazhuo Town, Panlong Village, with a total investment of 81 million yuan, with Yalongjiang Company, a development enterprise of Lianghekou Power Station, for the follow-up photovoltaic development and Lianghekou Power Station.
