On June 17, 2022, the Public Resources Trading Center of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province released the equity cooperation + general contracting + operation bidding announcement of Jianghua Park's quality improvement and expansion and urban-rural integration construction service project, the industry housing construction, the tenderer Jianghua Fengcheng Development Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 2.82 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The project is located in the west and south of Jianghua Yao Autonomous County. The main construction content of this project includes 3 sub-projects, namely, the municipal infrastructure construction sub-project of the park, the overall new vocational secondary school sub-project, and the urban-rural integration construction service sub-project. The specific construction content and scale are:

Sub-projects of municipal infrastructure construction in the park: including road works, new industrial avenues; road extensions such as Lushishan Road, Hailuo Road, and Outer Ring Road; new third- and fourth-class road networks of Hailian Branch Road, Baiquan Road, Lotus Road, Hailian Industrial Park, etc. You Road, etc.; new industrial park planning branch road network; new road networks such as the southern section, northern section, Nanping Road, Lashu 1st Street, Fulitang Road, Yaodu Avenue auxiliary road, greening, pipeline network, etc. of Zhanqian Road. The development and upgrading project of the park includes a new standard workshop of 270,000 square meters, a new staff dormitory of 100,000 square meters, and a 10,000-square-meter enterprise service center for more than 100 enterprises; supporting ancillary projects mainly include water supply projects and power facilities related to the park Construction and drainage projects; public service projects, construction of large and small car parking lots with an area of about 200 mu, additional charging piles around the park roads and parking lots, and complexes such as supermarkets, hospitals, party building activity centers, and canteens, with a construction area of about 4 10,000 square meters; two refueling stations, storage, transportation and supporting service facilities.

The overall new construction sub-project of vocational secondary school: Jianghua County Vocational Secondary School is newly built as a whole, with a planned area of about 508 mu and a total planned construction area of about 238,800 square meters;

Urban-rural integrated construction service sub-project: An integrated urban-rural sanitation system integrating garbage sweeping, collection, transportation, transfer and disposal will be built within the Jianghua Park, including: new garbage transfer stations, new sewage treatment facilities, park greening and lighting The upgrading and transformation of the project, the purchase of sanitation garbage transport vehicles, sprinklers, etc.

Project cooperation period

The overall cooperation period of the project shall not exceed 30 years. Among them, the overall cooperation period of the sub-project of municipal infrastructure construction in the park and the sub-project of the overall construction of vocational secondary schools is 8 years, including the overall construction period of 5 years; the cooperation period of the sub-project of urban-rural integration construction services is 30 years.
