Recently, China Construction Eighth Bureau successfully won the bid for the Serbian Eurasian Business Center project, a national key project in Serbia, which is also the post-disaster reconstruction project of Belgrade No. 70 China Mall promoted by the Chinese Embassy in Serbia.

The Serbia Eurasian Business Center project has a total construction area of about 34,700 square meters. It consists of two above-ground buildings. Its uses cover business, retail, office and catering. After the project is completed, it will become the largest and only modern Chinese mall in Serbia. It will play an important role in further promoting the economic and cultural exchanges between China and Serbia and strengthening the friendship between the two countries.

In August 2021, the famous No. 70 China Mall in Serbia unfortunately suffered a major fire. More than 100 Chinese stores were burned down by the fire, which brought immeasurable economic losses to the Chinese in Serbia.
