Hanzhong Xinghan New District West Area Urban Renewal Project

The project is located in the west area of Xinghan New District, Hanzhong City. The main contents of the project include about 985,800 square meters of greening works, about 64.7km of rainwater and sewage pipe network, 32 urban stations, about 14,000 square meters of parking lots, and about 7,100 mu of land leveling works. and other municipal infrastructure and public service supporting projects. The total investment of the project is 7.81 billion yuan.

The project is located in the east of Hantai District, Hanzhong City, starting from Bowang 3rd Road in the east, Longting Road in the west, Xinghan Road in the north, and Jinhua Road in the south; the tentatively planned land area of the project is about 1,413 mu, with a total construction area of about 2,353,600 square meters. The main contents include but are not limited to: residential, commercial, underground buildings, greening, supporting roads around the project and other supporting facilities.
