The project is divided into 5 bidding sections, and the 24th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. and other 6 units won the bid, with a total bid price of about 11.02 billion yuan.

Project Overview
The newly built Taicang-Situan section of the Shanghai-Nantong Railway is located in the riverside and coastal areas of southern Jiangsu and Shanghai. The line starts from the Taicang Station of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway in the north, and connects with the Situan Station of the Pudong Railway in the south, passing through Taicang City and Shanghai under the jurisdiction of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The city's Jiading District, Baoshan District, Pudong New District and Fengxian District have an operating length of 111.368 kilometers and a new construction length of 106.785 kilometers, of which 3.45 kilometers in Jiangsu Province and 103.335 kilometers in Shanghai. There are 6 stations on the main line, of which Taicang Station and Situan Station are existing railway stations, and Xuhang Station, Shanghai Baoshan Station, Waigaoqiao Station and Shanghai East Station are newly established. Simultaneously build a branch line in Waigaoqiao Port Area, related liaison lines and other supporting projects.

Except for the 233-hole single-line box girder within the contact line from Taicang south to Lujiabang, which was supplied by Lujiabang beam field and included in the scope of this bidding, this bidding section does not contain prefabricated simply supported beams that have not been approved in this construction drawing.
HTJLⅡ-4 bid section: corresponding to HTZQⅡ-4 bid, main line DK140+700 to DK144+210, responsible for Shanghai Baoshan to 2# working well. The shield section is 2277 meters long, the No. 1 well, and the Puxi open-cut and buried section is 608 meters long. Included within the scope of this tender section: changing roads and ditches, temporary land use; tunnel engineering; ballastless track fastener distribution and ballastless ballast bed engineering; signal pre-embedded grounding engineering; water supply and drainage engineering; Dalin engineering and segment prefabrication stations Former project supervisor. HTJLⅡ-5 bid section: corresponding to HTZQⅡ-5 bid, responsible for the Waigaoqiao Station to the Outer Ring Canal, the main line DK155+609.55+989~DK163+700 and the branch line of Waigaoqiao Port. The main line includes Zhaojiagou Super Bridge 6.34km, Cao Road Subgrade Section 2.2km, Chuan-Saudi Bridge 18.21km, and Shanghai East Small Mile Throat Subgrade Section 1.3km. Among them, the prefabricated beams with 623 holes are jointly supplied by Caolu Liangchang and Shanghai Dongliangchang.
HTJLⅡ-7 bid section: corresponding to HTZQⅡ-7 bid, responsible for Shanghai East to Fourth Regiment, main line DK192+349 to DK218+906.52 and moving line. It includes 1.047km of subgrade section in the throat area of Shanghai Dongda mileage, 15.55km of Huinan Super Bridge, 3.91km across S2 Super Bridge, 1.94km across Shipi Leigang Super Bridge, and 2.94km across Pengping Highway Super Bridge.
