On June 30, 2022, Huadian Group released the bidding announcement for the Huadian Luntai 500,000-kilowatt photovoltaic base (the general contracting of the construction of the Ku Luntai fire-light storage and multi-energy complementary project (Bazhou part)). The bidding scope of the project: Huadian Luntai 50 The 10,000-kilowatt photovoltaic base (construction general contracting for the 100,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project in Luntai), including the 110KV booster station, construction and installation works, equipment and materials supplied by B, and all engineering management that should be provided by Party B (main equipment supplied by A: photovoltaic modules) , inverter, box transformer, switch station primary equipment and prefabricated cabin, switch station secondary equipment and selection of prefabricated cabin, GIS equipment, SVG equipment, main transformer, station transformer and grounding transformer).

The planned construction period is 105 days. It is planned to start on July 18, 2022, and full-capacity grid-connected power generation will be completed on October 30, 2022 (the specific start time is subject to the notification time of the owner, and the total construction period remains unchanged).
