On July 6, 2022, the construction of Zhongxiang 600MW photovoltaic power station project of Jingmen million kilowatt-class water and wind power integrated base started. Zhou Jun said in his speech that the green light goes all the way from the agreement to the start of the project. This reflects the national energy group Hubei company's large layout of the industry, the great spirit of development and the great care for Zhong Xiang. This project, with addition and subtraction, is green and clean. The addition is to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the city's industries, provide a driving force for the development and growth of the green energy industry, increase the green content of development, and enrich the city's rural revitalization practice. One field and two harvests have added green momentum to rural revitalization. Subtraction means reducing carbon emissions and reducing the pressure on local electricity consumption.

Zhou Jun said that in advancing this project, Zhongxiang City will make good use of multiplication and division. On the other hand, we will do the division method on "resolving worries and solving difficulties and breaking blockages", opening up intestinal obstruction and the frontier of service stations, making every effort to solve problems and dredging points for project construction, and be a good "engineer" for the efficient implementation of the project, and cooperate with National Energy Group Hubei Together, the company will build the project into a model project for central-local cooperation.

Li Zeyuan, chairman of National Energy Changyuan Zhongxiang New Energy Co., Ltd., said at the commencement ceremony that during the project advancement, the company deeply felt the strong business-oriented, pro-business, close-to-business, and business-friendly atmosphere of Zhongxiang City. The construction unit dispatched elite soldiers to pay close attention to the quality and progress of the project, ensure safety, promote the early completion, early production, and early effect of the project, and strive to create a new model of land-enterprise integration.

It is understood that the Zhongxiang 600MW photovoltaic power station project of Jingmen million kilowatt-class water and wind-solar integration base is located in Zhongxiang City, such as Changshou, Yangzi, Fengle, Lengshui, and Guanzhuang Lake, with a planned installed capacity of 600MW and a total land area of 20,550 mu. The investment is 3.39 billion yuan. In 2022, the construction of 300,000 kilowatts will start in the early stage. It is planned to start in July 2022, and it will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2022. After the full capacity of the project is completed and put into operation, the annual average green power generation is about 830 million kWh, and the annual output value is 350 million yuan.
