On July 5, 2022, the signing ceremony of the CSSC Zhangzhou Offshore Wind Power Equipment Industrial Park project was held at the Zhangpu County Conference Center. Zhangpu County Party Secretary Huang Jianpeng, County Mayor Wu Dingshun, Deputy County Mayors Lian Shaopeng and Huang Songzhou, General Manager of CSSC Wind Power Fujian Company Lin Tinggan, Executive Deputy General Manager Yang Qinglin, Zhangzhou Regional General Manager Wu Jiwei, Deputy of CSSC Marine Equipment Planning and Development Office Director Chen Rongzheng, General Manager of Fuchuan Investment Co., Ltd. Mao Zhanghu, and Chairman of Fuchuan Yifan Wu Yuhua attended the ceremony. Deputy county magistrate Lian Shaopeng presided over the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Huang Songzhou, deputy head of Zhangpu County, and Wu Jiwei, general manager of CSSC Zhangzhou region, signed the investment agreement on behalf of Zhangpu County and the industrial park project investor. Huang Jianpeng, Wu Dingshun, Lin Tinggan, Chen Rongzheng and Mao Zhanghu jointly witnessed the signing.

The cooperation project of CSSC Zhangzhou Offshore Wind Power Equipment Industrial Park is located in Liu'ao Town, Zhangpu County. The total investment of the project is 3 billion yuan, and the land area for the first phase is about 350 mu. Production of 10MW-20MW wind turbines and wind turbine blades with a single piece exceeding 100 meters, with a planned annual production capacity of 1 million kilowatts. After the project is put into operation, it can provide about 1,000 jobs and pay an annual tax of about 100 million yuan. After the project is implemented, it will form a complete offshore wind power equipment manufacturing industrial base with Fuchuan Yifan, which can better improve the market competitiveness of offshore wind power equipment in the industrial park when the era of offshore wind parity is approaching. In the future, it will become a large-scale offshore equipment industry center, and its products can cover the intelligent equipment and offshore wind power intelligent installation markets in Fujian, Taiwan Strait, Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea.  Editor/Zhao E
