The total investment is about 24.4 billion.

Yueyang Longwan to Changsha Guangfu Expressway

The project is located in the northeastern part of Hunan Province, starting from the north of the Longwan hub of the Yueyang Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao National Expressway, connecting with the Yanglong section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, and going south through 4 counties and cities including Yueyang County, Miluo City, Pingjiang County and Changsha County. The district ends at the north of Changsha Guangfu Interchange and connects with the Guangwang Section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. The whole line adopts the standard expansion of two-way eight-lane expressway. The design speed of the main line is 120km/h, the width of the roadbed is 42 meters, the length of the whole line is about 79km, and the total investment is about 10.43 billion yuan.

Expressway from Zhuzhou Wangshiwan to Leiyang Dashi section

The project starts from the south side of Zhuting Interchange on the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, passes through Shiwan Town and Xintang Town in Hengshan County, Dapu Town in Hengdong County, Hongshan Town and Guanshi Town in Hengnan County, and Xinshi Town in Leiyang City, and ends at Dashi Township on the north side of Leiyang City is connected to the Leiyi section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway (the Dashi hub where the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway and Chaling-Changning Expressway intersect). The whole line adopts the standard expansion of two-way eight-lane expressway. The design speed of the main line is 120km/h, the width of the roadbed is 42 meters, and the length of the whole line is about 90km. The total investment is about 13.953 billion yuan.
