On July 13, 2022, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Luohe City for the new construction of National Highway 107 Beijing-Hong Kong Line Luohe Border Construction, which was invested and constructed by Energy China Gezhouba Group as the leading party of the consortium.

The new construction of National Highway 107 at the Luohe border of the Beijing-Hong Kong line is implemented in the PPP mode as a whole. It is the transportation highway project with the longest mileage and the largest investment since the establishment of the city in Henan. Wanjin Town, Zhaoling District, with a construction mileage of 67.51 kilometers and a total investment of about 5.6 billion yuan.

National Highway 107 Beijing-Hong Kong Line Luohejing New Construction Project is located in the east of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in Luohe City.
