This factory is the utilization center of recycled building materials in Qingpu District. Here, countless scenes of construction waste recycling are staged every day. In September 2019, in order to solve the problem of the difficulty in exiting the decoration waste in the residential quarters of Qingpu District, with the support of the Qingpu District Party Committee and the District Government, and with approval, the Qingpu District Greening and Urban Appearance Bureau cooperated with Shanghai Urban Investment Environment Group Co., Ltd. and decided to establish this center.

This project uses construction waste, mainly demolition and construction waste and decoration waste as the main raw materials, and uses a combination of volume reduction and resource utilization to preprocess construction waste before production to realize resource utilization.

The project is designed to process 500,000 tons of construction waste annually. The production line consists of a decoration waste production line with a daily production capacity of 1,000 tons and a demolition waste production line with a daily production capacity of 500 tons.

The project is equipped with chain plate feeder, stepped screen, relaxation screen, shear tooth roller crusher, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, light material air separator, belt conveyor, dust removal system, centralized control system and other equipment.
