On July 26, 2022, the Jiangsu Provincial Public Resource Trading Platform issued a tender announcement for the construction of the new railway Dafeng Port Railway Branch Project, and the project is about to enter the formal construction stage. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 4.54 billion yuan.

The construction content includes the construction of the main railway line, Dafeng Port Station and Dafeng Port Logistics Center, and the reconstruction of the existing Dafeng West Station of the Xinchang Railway, and the reservation of Dafeng South Station.
Bidding conditions
The construction of the new railway Dafenggang branch line project of this project has been approved for construction. The project owner is Yancheng Dafenggang Branch Railway Investment Development Co., Ltd., the construction funds are raised by the enterprise, the tenderer is Nanjing Shanghai Railway Local Railway Development Co., Ltd., and the bidding agent is Jiangsu Traffic Engineering Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. Project Overview
The branch line of Dafeng Port Railway leads from the south end of Dafeng West Station of Xinchang Railway, crosses Xintuan River, National Highway G343 and Tongyu River to the south, turns east and crosses the Jianyantong High-speed Railway, and crosses Shenhai Expressway G15. Dafeng South Station is reserved on the east side of Doulonggang and on the west side of Renmin South Road. After exiting the station, turn to the northeast to cross the Nanzhong River, Provincial Highway S226, Ermaoyou River, and Shugang Channel, passing through the south side of the Shanghai-Su Industrial Park. After crossing G228 of Linhai High-grade Road, it enters Dafeng Port Economic Development Zone. Dafeng Port Station is set up along the north side of the North Guanhe River to the east to the end of the line. The total length of the main line is 50.690km.

Bidding scope and division of tenders
This tender is for all the works before and after the station within the design scope of the construction drawing of the new railway Dafeng Port railway branch project.
