Sheng Bin, Director of Safety Production Technology Department of Longyuan Power South Africa Company of National Energy Group. In the five years he has been rooted in South Africa, he has traveled between wind farms and the people of South Africa, working with his team to contribute green energy to the local area and build a bridge of happiness. He was awarded the honorary title of "Model of Central Enterprises" by the management team of Longyuan Power South Africa's Dea Wind Power Project.

At the end of 2017, Longyuan Power South Africa's Dea project was all connected to the grid for power generation. The project was in urgent need of professional technical management personnel. After learning that support was needed, Sheng Bin took the initiative to sign up and resolutely came to South Africa, which is thousands of miles away.

In the past 4 years, Sheng Bin has accumulated more than 280 hours of training for employees, and the training content covers basic reports, production management, equipment maintenance and other courses. At the same time, he was responsible for guiding the establishment of the first training base for Longyuan Power South Africa's wind turbines, becoming the "leader" of wind power technology in De'A Wind Farm, and leading Chinese technology and Chinese standards to go abroad.

During the work, Sheng Bin and the team members integrated themselves into the South African community and people, and implemented the "Aid, Build Dreams, Cast People" program to help local children receive early education, primary and secondary schools, and university education.Editor/Ma Xue
