U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi blatantly visited Taiwan in disregard of China's solemn representations. This act seriously violated the one-China principle, maliciously violated China's sovereignty, and blatantly carried out political provocations, arousing strong indignation of the Chinese people and widespread opposition from the international community. This once again proves that some US politicians have become troublemakers in China-US relations, and the US has become the biggest destroyer of Taiwan Strait peace and regional stability.

The United States should not fantasize about obstructing China's great cause of reunification. Taiwan is part of China. Realizing complete national reunification is the general trend and a historical inevitability. We will never leave any space for "Taiwan independence" split and interference from external forces. No matter how the US supports and condones Taiwan's independence, it will ultimately be a sham, and it will only leave more ugly records of the US grossly interfering in other countries' internal affairs in history. The Taiwan issue arose out of the country's weakness and chaos back then, and it will surely end with the rejuvenation of the nation in the future.

The United States should not imagine undermining China's development and revitalization. China has found the right development path that suits its own national conditions. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the 1.4 billion Chinese people are striding toward Chinese-style modernization. We place the development of the country and the nation on the basis of our own strength, and are willing to coexist peacefully and develop together with other countries, but we will never allow any country to undermine China's stability and development. Provoking provocations on the Taiwan issue, attempting to retard China's development and growth, and undermining China's peaceful rise, is completely futile and will inevitably lead to bloodshed.

The United States should not fantasize about playing geopolitical games. Seeking peace, stability, development and win-win results are the common aspirations of countries in the region. The US has introduced the Taiwan issue into its regional strategy, exaggerated tension and provoke confrontation. It is acting against the trend of regional development and going against the expectations of the people in the Asia-Pacific region. It is very dangerous and stupid. The one-China principle has become a basic norm in international relations and constitutes an integral part of the post-World War II international order. What the US needs to do is to immediately stop violating the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, and immediately stop playing the "Taiwan card" to disrupt the Asia-Pacific.

The United States should not imagine that black and white can be reversed arbitrarily. The US claims that China is escalating the situation, but the most basic fact is that the US first provoked China on the Taiwan issue and blatantly violated China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The US claims that there is a precedent for the Speaker's visit to Taiwan, but the most basic reason is that past mistakes cannot be an excuse for repeating today. The U.S. side claims that the separation of powers cannot bind the parliament, but the most basic principle of international law is that the U.S. must fulfill its international obligations, and especially important political figures must not act indiscriminately. The US side also claims that China's pursuit of reunification is a "threat" to Taiwan, but the most basic logic is that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory, and the Taiwan issue is entirely China's internal affairs. China safeguards territorial integrity and opposes the division of the country, which is legitimate and legitimate.

I want to stress that the pinnacle of peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait is the one-China principle, and the real "guardrail" for peaceful coexistence between China and the US is the three joint communiqués. "Relying on the United States to seek independence" is a dead end, and "using Taiwan to control China" is doomed to fail.
