In the first half of 2022, nearly 170 new expressway and ordinary national and provincial highway projects were launched in China, covering 4,800 kilometers, with a total investment of 291 billion yuan. As of the end of June, the scale of new reconstruction projects of expressways and ordinary national and provincial roads reached 87,000 kilometers, with more than 2,000 projects under construction, with a total investment of about 7.3 trillion yuan.
