On August 4, 2022, the Public Resources Trading Center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region released the announcement of the winning candidates for the general contracting of the design and construction of the north-south border crossing line in Baise City. The consortium is expected to win the bid price of 3.068 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The north-south transit line of Baise City is located in Youjiang District and Tianyang District of Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Main line: The north-south transit line of Baise City starts from the west side of Baifeng Village, Napo Town, Tianyang District. The Nayin hub is connected to the Baise-Jingxi Expressway. It runs from southeast to northwest, passing through Napo Town, Tianyang District, Youjiang District is finally connected to the Shangsong hub near Shangsong Village, Youjiang District, Baise City, connecting the Baise-Luocunkou section of the Guangzhou-Kunming Expressway and the Leye-Baise Expressway that have been opened to traffic. The overall length of the main line of the preliminary design recommendation scheme is 26.339 kilometers. It adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, the design speed is 100km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 26m. The whole line is equipped with 6938.25m/21 bridges, including the main line bridge and the main line separated overpass, including 1168.5m/1 extra-large bridge, 5400.25m/16 bridges, 369.5m/4 medium and small bridges, and 1427m/middle tunnel. 2 seats. There are 4 interchanges of Nayin, Donghong, Baisenan and Shangsong on the whole line, of which Nayin and Shangsong interchange are hub interchanges, and Donghong and Baisenan interchanges are general interchanges. There are 7 separate interchanges, 1 crossing on the main line, 6 crossings under the main line, 28 culverts, 11 passages, and 8 overpasses. There are 1 service area, 1 parking area, 1 management sub-center, 1 maintenance area, and 2 interchange ramp toll stations.

Donghong connecting line: The total length of the line is 0.975km, and it adopts the second-class highway standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 12m.

Baise South Connecting Line: The total length of the route is 0.325km. It adopts the second-class highway standard, the design speed is 60km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 12m.

Bidding scope

The construction drawing survey and design of the main line K0+000~K26+340.197, the Donghong connecting line AK3+360~AK4+335 and the Baise South connecting line MK0+000~MK0+325 and the general contracting of the corresponding engineering construction. 1 lot (No. №1).
