According to reports, these three projects are an important part of the national expressway network and Liaoning Province's dual-core, two-axle, and four-channel comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, providing a strong impetus for accelerating the construction of a strong transportation province and serving the revitalization and development of Liaoning.
The three projects started at the same time have a total construction mileage of 636 kilometers. There are 7 new service areas, 204 bridges, 54 separate bridges, 60 interchange bridges, 43 tunnels, 13 service areas, and 12 toll stations. , the estimated total investment reached 73.7 billion. In the history of expressway construction in Liaoning Province, the scale is unprecedented. After the project is completed, it will greatly shorten the travel distance from Shenyang to Benxi and Huanren, and form a three-hour traffic radius rapid traffic network with Shenyang as the core. Lingsui Expressway
The starting point of Lingyuan-Suizhong Expressway is connected with Chifeng-Lingyuan Highway in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, passing through five cities and counties of Jianping, Lingyuan, Kazuo, Jianchang and Suizhong, and the end point is connected with Suizhong Binhai Highway, with a total length of 175.439 The whole line adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway. The design speed of the interval is 100 kilometers per hour and 80 kilometers per hour respectively. The planned construction period of the project is 48 months. The project is the planned route of the skeleton highway network in the northeast region of the Ministry of Transport, and is an important link between the two major passages of Changchun-Shenzhen and Beijing-Harbin. Jingha Expressway
The project starts from Jiumenkou Tunnel (Jiumenjie), Suizhong County, Huludao City, and builds a new double line to the Qiansuo hub interchange, passing through Suizhong County, Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Jinzhou City, Linghai City, and ending in Panjin City The Panjin Junction Interchange has a total length of 238.03 kilometers, of which the 15.95-kilometer double-track section of Jiumenkou adopts two-way six-lane, and the 222.08-kilometer main line reconstruction and extension section adopts six-lane reconstruction and expansion to ten-lane. The width of the main line of the project is 55 meters, the design speed is 120 kilometers per hour, the total investment is 30.9 billion yuan, and the construction period is 4 years.
