On August 8, 2022, the bidding announcement for the total construction price contract of the Chengdu-Yingshan section of the newly built Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou Railway was released on the Beijing Public Resource Trading Platform, marking that the Chengdu-Yingshan section of the Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway is about to enter. The whole line is in the formal construction stage. According to the announcement, the project is scheduled to start in early October with a construction period of 5 years. The section from Yingshan to Wanzhou is also expected to be tendered soon.

Project Overview

Construction site: Ziyang City, Suining City, Nanchong City

The project started from the Chengdu hub and was built from the Tianfu Railway Station. After using the Chengzi Railway to Ziyang West Railway Station, the new line will be connected to Ziyang City, Suining City, Nanchong City, Dazhou City in Sichuan Province and Kaizhou District and Wanzhou District in Chongqing City. The key control projects are: Zhanlingshan Bridge, Jinma Village Bridge, Dishuiyan Reservoir Bridge.

CDWZQ-4: Main line length 31.816km, 31 bridges/20.796km, 34 roadbeds/8.484km, 6 tunnels/2.535km, box girder frame 584 holes, double-block ballastless ballast bed and sleeper transportation and installation 64.619km , Station: Lezhi Station, casting of ballastless track bed and turnout installation and commissioning in the turnout area.

The key control projects are: the extra-large bridge across Suihong Expressway, the Baotou Reservoir Bridge, and the extra-large Lezhi station bridge.

CDWZQ-5: The length of the main line is 32.589km, 41 bridges/19.949km; 49 roadbeds/10.059km; 11 tunnels/2.585km; Construction standard box girder frame 107 holes and bridge deck system, this bidding section and Suicheng connecting line, DK330+000~DK335+213.831 double-block ballastless ballast bed and sleeper transportation and installation 74.716 km, pouring of ballastless ballast bed in the fork area and turnout installation and commissioning.

CDWZQ-7: Main line length 28.203 km, 26 bridges/9.498km, 27 roadbeds/5.650km, 14 tunnels/13.055km, double-block ballastless ballast bed and sleeper transportation and installation 56.406km.

The key control projects are: Jiangjiashan Xihe Bridge, Hejiawan Cross-Mulaoganqu Bridge, Zitongmiaohe Bridge, Datong Town Cross-Daily Railway Bridge, Huangjiashan Tunnel and Damushan Tunnel. Involved in the construction of the business line: Datong Town Cross-Da Railway Extraordinary Bridge.
