Recently, I learned from the Hubei Provincial Public Resource Trading Center that the investor's bid for the northern section of the Huangpi to Xinzhou section of the Wuhan Metropolitan Area Ring Line has been released. The project was won by a consortium of 5 units including Wuhan Communications Engineering Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is estimated to be about 16.3 billion yuan, and the construction and installation cost is about 10.6 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The northern section of the Huangpi-Xinzhou section of the Wuhan metropolitan area ring line starts from the boundary river between Ancestral Hall Bay, Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, and Xiaojiawan, Liji Street, Huangpi District, Wuhan City, and connects with the northern section of Xiaogan, the main channel of Wuhan City Circle, and goes east through Lijie District, Huangpi District. On the south side of Paulownia Store on Jiaji Street, it crosses the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway on the south side of Ganji Mountain, crosses the Wuhan-Dalian Expressway and Mulan Avenue to the east, crosses the Heshui River on the south side of Yanzigang, and passes through Wangjia River and the north side of Mulan Grassland. In the north of Caizha, it intersects with Wuma Expressway, Shanghai-Chengdu Railway, Wuma Railway, and Xiongxu Line of Provincial Highway, passing through the north side of Sankujing Reservoir, and intersecting with G230 on the south side of Taipingqiao Town, Hong'an County, and pouring water to the east. The line from Hehou to the southeast intersects with G318 on the north side of Liji, ends at Liuji on the west side of Zhucheng in Xinzhou District, and connects with the northern section of the Huangpi to Xinzhou section of the Wuhan metropolitan area ring line. The total length is about 68 kilometers, and the bridges are 38,834 meters/42.
