On August 14, 2022, the 6th Silk Road International Expo and China East-West Cooperation and Investment and Trade Fair opened in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Overseas guests and businessmen from more than 70 countries and regions including South Korea, Thailand and Singapore And merchants from more than 20 provinces in China will participate in the conference through a combination of online and offline methods to promote the joint construction of the Belt and Road and share new opportunities for international cooperation.

The theme of this year's Silk Fair is "Interconnection, Mutual Integration, Progress, Sharing and Win-win". The exhibition lasts for 5 days. The International Pavilion, China Pavilion, Shaanxi Pavilion, Rural Revitalization Pavilion, Intelligent Manufacturing Pavilion, Green There are 6 exhibition halls including the Industrial Hall, with a total exhibition area of 72,000 square meters.

On the afternoon of the same day, the signing ceremony of the first conference of the 6th Silk Road International Expo and the East-West Cooperation and Investment and Trade Fair of China was held in Xi'an. A total of 26 key cooperation projects were signed, with a total investment of 73.42 billion yuan.
