On August 14, 2022, the launch ceremony for the full-scale construction of the Qinhan New Town Base Project of the First Bureau and Three Companies of CREC was held in Qinhan New Town, Xixian New Area.

The total investment of the Qinhan New Town Base Project of CREC First Bureau is about 1.7 billion yuan. 12 residential buildings and 2 office buildings are planned, with a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters. It is constructed in accordance with the requirements of Grade A standard in Xixian New Area.
