Project Overview

The main line of the project starts from Tingjiang Town, Mawei District. The Tingjiang hub is set up to connect with Shenhai National Expressway, the first phase of Fuzhou Eastern Expressway and the G104 re-routed section. The Houyu Tunnel is set to bypass the north side of the Maotoushan first-class water source protection area and the Tantou Tunnel passes through Dinggan Mountain to Tantou Town, then Wenling Town, Hunan Town, and finally the airport north Jinchang Road, with a total length of about 24.1 kilometers. The project adopts the two-way six-lane expressway standard construction. The design speed of the starting point to the Tingjiang tunnel section is 80 km/h, and the design speed of the Tingjiang tunnel exit to the end section is 100 km/h.
